The wallet is beautiful, but doesn't have the functionality advertised. I bought this because of the cell phone compartment, but the wallet doesn't close fully with anything in the compartment, even something as small as a chapstick. I figured this was a manufacturing defect, so contacted customer service to ask for a credit/exchange for another product. They ignored my request and sent another wallet, which theoretically is nice, but the second wallet has the same problem. Now I have two wallets that I don't know what to do with. I may try other products to try again, because the products do look beautiful.
I'm a huge fan of the Margaux wallets for everyday use, but there are times that you need a full size instead. The Essential wallet is perfect. I recently used both whilst away, packing everything I needed for the trip in the Essential, and then using the Margaux for going out. You'll love them both!
